The fact that it takes me longer to move around in the morning is a HUGE sign. I use to be able to get up and get out of the house in 10 minutes if that. Now it takes me longer to get moving in the morning. My bones just won't get moving as quickly...
Ever since I turned 34 I have had one thing after another go wrong health wise. Praying 2015 will be kind to me, but man its been rough.
I am thankful that I have been healthy up until now and the issues I have to deal with are not life threatening and things that I can deal with.
