My first car...

My first car was a 1992 Ford Mustang convertible... it was a gray color and I loved it. My friends loved it even more I tend to think. It was very reliable and of course what teenager wouldn't want a convertible?

IT was a great car for the time that I had it.

What was your first car?

  1. I've never had a car because I still can't drive (almost 45 years young) - but living in London, I don't need to drive as we have such excellent public transport links. We have a beautiful red 1975 Alfa Romeo Spider Veloce! I used to have a l'il Yamaha "Fizzy" 50CC to tootle back and forth to work when I was 16 'tho, a blue one. Loved her! But smashed her up after looking for too long at the college boys out on their evening training run one night ... *haha*

  2. Mine was a blue Rover Metro. It was old when I got it but I loved that car. Sadly it was written off after a little bump (hardly any damage really) but I guess the insurance company felt it was too old to be worth repairing. I miss that little car.

  3. I have a grey Chevy Sprint. It was ok, needed a lot of work, and then my dad got in an accident in it and never got it repaired. Sucked.

  4. My first car, if you can believe it, was an old Karmenn Ghia. My stepfather refurbished them as a hobby. It was pretty beat up. You could see the ground in spots on the floor where it had rusted through, and it did not have defrost at all! I loved that car...good memories!

  6. Wow! This post really brought back memories for me. I had a 69 Chevelle convertible. It was the greatest car I have ever owned, and someday I am going to find one to work on so I can get back behind the wheel of that car. It was a dream to ride, except for all those speeding tickets it cost me.
