Weight Loss Motivational Week #1

Week 1 .
The picture above is so true.... we have to take a lot of leaps by faith when we lose weight. If we gain one week, we need to keep going and not stop... it takes a lot of faith to keep going when you are knocked down!

Week 1
I totally agree with the picture above as well. If it doesn't challenge you it won't change you! I am working on this one right now. I have to challenge myself to become better and it is a struggle at times!
