Weight Loss Motivational Week #5
I have many days where I do not want to work out, but I just have to make sure I keep moving if I am not going to workout. My fitbit sure helps me in this situation. If I don't work out, I just try to make sure I get as close to my 5,000 steps a day as I can.
This is so true. No one can help you do it... you have to do it for yourself. You can have help with motivation or recipes, etc... but you have to do all the hard work...
